One unmentioned update that many owners of the Dell U3224KB are reporting over at the MacRumors forums: 14.1 fixes Apple's DSC implementation so that it fully works with this monitor over Thunderbolt. Up until now, owners had to sacrifice something (like downgrading the resolution to "just" 6016x3384, like Apple's Pro Display XDR, or using 8-bit color, or connecting via HDMI); now the monitor can finally run at its best. I'm about to buy one myself, so this is more than welcome to me.
