Chase headline, make product, chase headline, shut down product, repeat. The cutting edge is crowded with companies that cannot see more than ten feet in front of them.
They didn't even build it. They bought Skiff, screwed over all of their existing customers, shipped a half-assed version, then killed it. A wild amount of incompetence, even given the current suite of idiots who are leading your average tech company.
