Apple Re-enables Bluetooth on Every Update

Macs and iPhones/iPads don't even power down Bluetooth when they're "asleep" or "off" anymore. Apple wants as many nodes active in its BLE Find My network as possible so that all users and devices can be tracked at all times, and Apple's desires explicitly override your preferences.
