Mac OS X Hints links to HTMLDOC, a tool that can download Web pages and save them to PDF, with clickable links.
Unfortunately, the current version doesn't support stylesheets...
Oh. :(
Yeah. Makes it kinda useless for sites that use CSS-based layout.
