After installing this 15.7.5 update it seems the system ignores the “max OS” profile I had previously set up, showing Tahoe 26.4 regardless. Worse, the “i” button is not simply a list of release notes but a full 14-page SLIDE PRESENTATION of Tahoe features. Stop trying to make Tahoe happen, Apple… it’s not going to happen.
