Banned for Life

Path Finder developer Steve Gehrman:

Tried to become a professional Android developer. Didn’t realize posting some apps for beta testing would result in being banned for life by Google before even having a chance to get started. I assumed a human would be involved in any banning process and they would clearly see that I was not intending to fool anyone and that my apps were harmless. Consider this before investing time and money into developing for Android. If one of their algorithms thinks you’re a bad guy, you’re banned for life.

Not really feeling too sorry for this guy. 3 warnings and then banned.

"Not really feeling too sorry for this guy. 3 warnings and then banned."

That's a pretty bizarre reading of the specifics of Gehrman's saga...

So you will have no issue to consider that Larry Page and Sergei Brin should be sent to jail for life for:

- invading private property through Google Maps (when roads are indicated as private, one should turn back).
- distributing illegal contents through YouTube.
- allowing spams to be distributed to gmail users (even though they do their best to avoid that).
- distributing malware through Google Play store (even though they try to avoid that).
- distributing copyrighted material without authorization.

Considering the numerous cases where Google has been found guilty (and had to pay a fine), they probably should be exiled to the moon for life.
