Kindle and iPad Displays

I appreciate that Keith Peters clearly proved all of my vague opinions on the topic in a blog post that takes 60 seconds to read.

Viva dead trees! Viva! Viva!

And one cheer for Jeff Bezos for keeping his eyes on the substance of the user experience, and away from the temptation of short-term hype. (When the Kindle finally drops to the $99 price point, I might even buy one.)

Yes, it’s nice to see an uncompromising design. The new WiFi Kindle is tempting. I had no interest in the Kindle initially, but if anything the iPad has steered me in that direction.
