Apple shares full release notes for tvOS in its tvOS support document, which is updated after each new version of tvOS comes out.
But all it says is “performance and stability improvements.”

At the top of the TV app’s interface, the featured carousel has three noteworthy changes:
- there’s a large plus button for easily adding titles to your Watchlist
- next to it is a big ‘i’ button for accessing a title’s information page
- finally, details on a show’s release schedule is now a lot more prominent

You can really feel how much they care about the platform
Which, sarcasm aside for a moment, is actually weird. Isn’t Apple banking on TV being most of their revenue stream in the future?
Do they have to rearrange the chairs on every little update? It's a media player OS, all it has got to do is to show an UI to select what to play.
It still runs on the AppleTV 4 that came out in 2015, it has a nice UI and works kinda nicely, can be improved? I guess so, but I wouldn't complain about a minor update not adding new features.
