Mountain Lion’s Address Book
In addition, at this point it looks like there will be many perfectly good Macintosh machines that won’t be supported by Mountain Lion and will therefore be stuck with Lion (and its atrocious Address Book application) until their dying day.
If maintenance updates can add whole new apps (Mac App Store) and APIs (security-scoped bookmarks), surely they can also remedy horrible user interface regressions.

Or stay with Snow Leopard, move from iCloud to Google Apps, and use Spanning Sync.
The iCloud/Lion/Mountain Lion combo is a big, messy transition. Now add in the multiple Apple ID problem ...

That would be a good citation in Dictionary.app for the word "Hopeless".
The other big issue to me and I have emailed apple semi-annually for years is the fact that they do not have auto-fill in the address book. I had NOW software for years and it was doing it 10 years ago. To have to type in the address every time I add a contact at a company where I have 30 other contacts is infuriating.
I hope this is something they change in Mountain Lion.
