Safari Extensions

I don't think the Safari people are to blame for more than not explicitly working around the general badness of filename extensions and the particular way it is manifest in Cocoa.

They're still to blame for that, of course, but it's a more general issue.

Yeah, I'd agree with that. :-) Just wanted to show a real-life example.

I've heard some folks want to give Avi a good, swift kick in the butt for stuff like this. I'm not heading out to San Fran, but I heartily encourage the behaviour :)

Actually, I've run into an even more awkward and silly situation thanks to file name extensions here.
