@McCloudStrife GPU processor use is virtually zero, according to iStat Menus.
@McCloudStrife I don’t the beachball for no reason, but the fans start up and don’t seem to stop despite low CPU use.

@sdagley Makes sense, but yes the time zone was correct.
@rosyna Yeah, in hotels I plug in my MBP, but that’s messy because it doesn’t like switching iTunes accounts.
@rosyna I was just looking into whether the 4 would solve the problem by letting me pre-download videos.
@rosyna Not for my Apple TV 3.
@rosyna There’s no app, just the command in Settings. I don’t remember what it said—very little info—but the gist was “no problems.â€
@dafacto Could be. Does plugging it in help?
@angeldominguez Yes, been like this for years, but only from the Apple TV. Streaming to phone and AirPlaying to TV is super fast.
New TV iPhone app is clunky and then has “Get More Episodes†to bounce me into the store app. I’d rather have an iPod-style set of lists.
@angeldominguez Yep, I tried two Wi-Fi networks and Ethernet, and it was taking 1 hour for a 20 minute show. Every other device is fast.
Even with all the storage, even the Apple TV 4 apparently can’t recache video content. :(
Apple TV again failed to download at reasonable rate, but speed test succeeded and AirPlay from iPhone was fast.
