@ClarkGoble Different issue? Internal system said order was canceled/refunded, but the customer one says it was shipped. Shouldn’t happen.

@ClarkGoble My issue is not that it got lost (happens) but that their customer Web site does not show the same info as their internal one.

The refund that was supposedly sent on July 15 did not arrive. 2nd agent says out of stock, never shipped, but they sent tracking number.

Walmart order placed July 8, said to arrive July 12, Web site says it’s on the way, called today and told canceled/refunded July 15 bc lost.
