I guess it's time to remove the link to MindExpander.
@drewmccormack I've noticed huge differences in the amount of support that people need based on how they found out about my products.
@drewmccormack Increasing the customer base is good. Increasing the average support per customer (+ dropping price) could be a problem.
@drewmccormack Most of my support is not app installation or serials. My guess is that the average MAS customer will need *more* help.
@drewmccormack And then have 3x the support costs?
@danielpunkass FWIW, I thought it was a good letter.
An 11 MB sample log?

@marcoarment Yes.
@evercode I've never seen a blue like this one in Mac OS X.
@jnouwen I guess I didn't notice that since it was similar to my chosen color.
Why does iPhoto '11 use a bright blue instead of the system highlight color?
@siegel Seems like a minor thing, but I've really been liking the split Translate command.
@retrophisch Just saw that. Enjoy.

So I guess this is why Apple hasn't updated the Downloads page in a few weeks.
@danielpunkass Yep, will each developer now have two separate classes of customer? Only non-App Store get trials, upgrades, refunds?
@leebennett He said 15-inch.
Isn't the existing MacBook Pro 1440x900? Why did Steve say the Air has more pixels?
@grantosborne @retrophisch @leebennett How about atpmezine?
@siegel Congratulations!
"Flash memory? We love flash memory."
@ianbeck I've actually found those sorts of buttons useful. Sometimes I want to change the settings without doing the operation.
@siegel Thanks!
@siegel It's just regular USB power (500 mA), so it can't charge the iPad while it's on, but it does charge it.
Finally, a USB hub that works. Currently supplying 4 bus-powered drives, iPad, and iPhone. http://www.atpm.com/16.1...
@siegel Thanks. I'm kind of surprised that Apple still hasn't fixed theirs.
@siracusa There are new scripts. Instructions in the Help menu.
@siracusa Let me know if you need the beta.
@adamengst Agreed. You can see the count if you start to drag them, though.
@ddribin Wow.
@manton Yeah, it'd be great to have Lucene on OS X and iOS. I'm not really a fan of SearchKit.
@manton Too bad it doesn't seem to have received much development lately.
Time Machine is actually quite efficient at restoring some songs in my iTunes library that IntegrityChecker had found unexpected changes in.
@ddribin Congratulations!
