@dornquast Now it says that it will keep only weekly backups for the past year, and I need CrashPlan+ to change that.
@dornquast I had set it to "never delete" before. I thought that meant unlimited versions. Don't care about disk space because of CPC. :-)
@dornquast My understanding is the free version *is* losing versions now, because after 90 days it only keeps one per week.
@crashplan How can I keep as many versions as I like? Changing the defaults requires CrashPlan+ according to http://bit.ly/QirHT.
@ianbetteridge There will be a time for that. :-)
@marcoarment Hopefully the edge isn't as sharp, too. :-)
Aw, my customers are so sweet. And helpful.
@nriley Thanks. Seems the @crashplan changes now reduce the number of file versions you can keep without paying.
@siracusa And they should be easily removable.
The @crashplan app seems to have silently auto-updated itself, as the UI is tweaked a little, but the app on my hard drive has the same date
MacUpdate is showing a new CrashPlan for 2009-10-19, and it's available for download, but nothing in forum or from @crashplan.
Photoshop Elements 8 trial requires Adobe account to download, 1.24 GB. Acorn 2.1 trial: 8.1 MB.
