@wilshipley Yeah, it's excellent but for the arrow keys.
@siegel That sounds familiar.
@ddribin I don't know, but it seems like a lot.
@markzero I haven't seen that. I can drag anywhere, but if I do it from within the same window, it messes up the view state afterwards.
@markzero Or at least stop breaking it. Drag and drop worked properly in Tiger!
The Finder also hides the last column (and loses the selection) after you drop a file into it. Why?
@mmc With older versions of PF (and even Greg's Browser, I think), you could freely go up and down the hierarchy without losing state.
@mmc When you go up, it selects the parent but hides the column for the child.
@mmc I always thought they were broken in Finder, losing track of what was selected. Path Finder used to be better, but now it's like Finder
Moving another widget from IB to code.
@wspr I usually use colorlinks, which turns off the border. But in this case I couldn't because the link color has to vary based on context
Finally got rid of those cyan boxes around non-blue PDF links in Preview 4.0. The magic hyperref option is "pdfborder={0 0 0}"
@wspr Thanks!
@willb I'll take a look. Thanks. For now, I've just downloaded fancyheadings.sty.
No vpage.sty, either, it turns out. Is there a more complete distribution I should be using?
The 700 MB MacTeX.dmg doesn't include fancyheadings.sty?
@retrophisch Since when do you use .ch?
@leebennett Great new blog design!
@retrophisch Oh, for me the iPhone ones are the best fit ever.
@mgrimes Are the mic and cable too bulky compared to the Apple ones? I'm looking at the hf2's and the UB7's.
@leebennett 10.5.2 fixed lots of problems for me.

Making FastScripts to change sending accounts in Mail.
@danielpunkass Congratulations!
@retrophisch The corpus had file contents damage; Disk Utility checks for disk catalog damage. The two may or may not co-occur.
@sethdill I'm in (same info as last year).
Received 10th e-mail notification from AT&T about my bill being available--paid it on 4/10.
Customer restored from a Time Machine backup, but various application files are damaged.
Added keyboard shortcut for Safari's "Move Tab to New Window."
NSFormatter+undo is still broken?
All of a sudden, getting sync conflicts for all the contacts that have photos.
@bwebster Yeah, I think it was. In this case, I think the problem was that FSExchangeObjects doesn't work on non-HFS volumes.
Read somewhere that it doesn't work with hard-linked files, but I'm not seeing that in the docs.
FSExchangeObjects is failing with paramErr for two seemingly valid files.
@ddribin Yeah, I don't like this trend of requiring KVO instead of normal delegate callbacks or notifications.
@ccgus Yep, sometimes SAX is much cleaner and faster.
Yay, python.org is back up.
@leebennett No, talking about the comment you replied to on the TurboTax review.
@leebennett The "yearly" complaint doesn't stand up, either.
I don't understand NNW versioning. NG site has 3.1.3. Beta site has 3.1.5b4. Sparkle has 3.1.5/1227.
So now that sdef wants to see "command" instead of "name" in "responds-to", does that mean we need both for maximum compatibility?
Help Indexer is complaining that AppleTitle isn't a valid meta tag. Huh?
rsync says it uploaded my WordPress footer.php, but it hadn't changed locally. Wonder if that means my site had been hacked.
What I spent way too long learning: don't call -makeFirstResponder: on the wrong window.
@siegel Yes, it's a glaring omission. Would make Apple TV much more interesting.
@retrophisch Or, "more fully," at least—I don't use anywhere near *all* of its features.
@retrophisch If you're underutilizing LaunchBar, you should learn how to fully utilize it, not drop it. :-)
@retrophisch Why put yourself through that?
@jablair I got one from Spy, too.
Setup some FastScripts.
@retrophisch The loop one. It's fine, and nice as a handle. The drinking one looks interesting, though.
@retrophisch I prefer Klean Kanteen: no liner, and wide mouth.

@rentzsch I thought Apple had documented it as a feature...
Updated WordPress. Lots of code reorg, so I hope all my changes got ported correctly.
Updating vBulletin.
I don't like dotted properties, either. Even in Python, I rarely use them.
@stevenf With no compelling reason to go 64-bit?
When in doubt, listen to what they do, not what they say.
If that string was stripped, how can it end with a space?
@retrophisch So long? I can burn a DVD in less time.
@jessegrosjean OK, thanks.
So disk-bound. Copying a big file makes receiving mail slow, and this is with the fast drive.
@jessegrosjean Doesn't seem to me like a good enough reason.
@xennus Nice site re-design.
@jessegrosjean Frustrated that 1.0.3 has bugs and crashers and yet 2.0 (though looking good) seems to be a while away.
@jessegrosjean I think you're on the right track. Liked the toolbar better at the top.
Trying TaskPaper 2.0 build.
Got a crash report from someone running SpamSieve 2.2 in Rosetta.
