My favorite picks were the oddballs, the products that weren’t Macs, iPhones, iPads, iPods, or Apple IIs. In other words: the accessories. I was particularly pleased with Jason’s picks of the LaserWriter, the Apple Disk II, the Apple Watch Sport Band, and the second generation Apple Pencil.<\/p>\n

My oddball entry would have been the AirPort Express<\/a>. This is not in the “I can’t believe you didn’t pick” category because it’s an oddball even among oddballs, but for a short period of time for a specific subset of users, it was a great accessory.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The AirPort Express was great. The other accessories I’d highlight are the ImageWriter II and the original aluminum keyboard<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n
