It adds an old-time&rsquo;y glyph at the end of either left or right panel.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>This is the very first interface setting shown in the preferences window. I guess the idea is that you might want a way to know you&rsquo;re at the bottom of the list of panels.
