The inquiry, which may take up to two years to conclude, adds to Apple&rsquo;s growing list of regulatory challenges in Europe.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2024\/07\/28\/spain-antitrust-investigation\/\">Michael Burkhardt<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote cite=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2024\/07\/28\/spain-antitrust-investigation\/\">\n<p>The CNMC started <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmc.es\/prensa\/incoacion-apple-20240724\">their investigation<\/a> last week, alleging that Apple may be abusing their dominant position to impose unfair commercial conditions to app developers.
