We know the actors, we know the writers, we know the cinematographers, but who is <em>directing<\/em>? Who is saying &ldquo;This isn&rsquo;t good enough&rdquo;&#x2009;&mdash;&#x2009;or in the words of Apple&rsquo;s former director, &ldquo;This is shit&rdquo;?
