Human\r\nbehavior seldom follows mathematical logic and reasoning. By\r\nthe standards of engineers, human behavior can be illogical\r\nand irrational. From the standpoint of people, however,\r\ntheir behavior is quite sensible, dictated by the activity\r\nbeing performed, the environment and context, and their\r\nhigher-level goals.
