It&#8217;s simple: <em>always call twice<\/em>. My PowerBook&#8217;s AC adapter has finally bit the big one (as you might expect from looking at the reviews on Apple&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/store.apple.com\/1-800-MY-APPLE\/WebObjects\/AppleStore?productLearnMore=M8943LL%2FA\" title=\"Link to product page for an &quot;Extra&quot; Portable Power Adapter\">product page<\/a>), and I&#8217;ve got AppleCare, so I gave the fine folks a call to see what they could do for me.
