Inside I found my gear along\r\nwith some candy (apparently each order comes with a handful of\r\n&ldquo;Sweetwater candy&rdquo;). I unpacked my loot and realized that I&rsquo;d been sent\r\nan extra Midi cable. I didn&rsquo;t think I had ordered two but on the\r\ninvoice it did say two cables. I sent Mac an email about returning the\r\nextra cable. He replied, &ldquo;I threw in another cable for you. If you look\r\nat the price, nothing changed from your initial order. It never hurts\r\nto have an extra laying around! Thanks again for your business.&rdquo;\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nSweetwater delivered a solid customer experience from top to bottom. No\r\nwonder customers sing the company&rsquo;s praises to others and come back for\r\nmore.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/\">Sweetwater<\/a>&rsquo;s made a loyal\r\ncustomer out of me, too. The service is great, and having a\r\nknowledgeable personal sales rep makes sense. However, I think that\r\nphone follow-ups, just to make sure that I received the order and\r\neverything is working properly, is going a bit too far.
