@landonfuller I was using /usr/bin/make to run a tool, so perhaps that explains it. Even DYLD_PRINT* vars were ignored (not passed down).
Not sure exactly what changed in 10.11, but DYLD_FALLBACK_FRAMEWORK_PATH is no longer being inherited by children the same way as before.
@leebennett Oops, I misread it. You are right that you have to change the default to get the old behavior back.
@leebennett This was actually enabled for me by default.
4th morning in a row where FogBugz is unusably slow or failing with errors. Turning off Ocelot helps, though.
