@stormchild Thanks!
@stormchild Trailers?
@FoxTrotSearch Is your e-mail working? One of our customers hasn't been able to get in touch for over a week.
@DonPerreault It is, but there are still some interesting conversations there.
@roustem Makes sense. That's not the problem I was seeing. But, anyway, it works fine when I enable the keychain.
@roustem Not sure how to parse that. The phone is not sleeping with the Touch ID prompt shown. But I am sleeping it between app uses.
@roustem Still a mystery why the app sometimes makes me type when not using the keychain and in situations where it wouldn't be auto-quit.
@roustem I'm glad to hear that you plan to document that better.
@roustem Given that, it's obvious that the extension will make you type every time unless you enable the keychain.
@roustem I knew the extension was a separate process, but not that it was single-use and couldn't communicate with the app.
I think I finally understand why 1Password's iOS 8 extension prompts for my password instead of using Touch ID: mjtsai.com/blog/2014/09/1…
Thank you, @FogBugz, for fixing in-list case estimate editing.
@danielpunkass I like the SPIbelt.
Underlined text looks a lot better in Safari 7.1.
@timburks I assume it can prevent network connections entirely. But no way to show the user that, and no way to combine that with IAP.
@timburks Right, but there are good reasons to let the app access the data. We just need a way to prevent the app from sending it anywhere.
@timburks Agreed. I guess when I read your Radar thought you were asking for different wording for the existing option.
@timburks Even aside from the IAP issue, how can the customer know that the containing app won't use the network?

@joar_at_work Aha, that makes sense. Thanks. Currently, I'm not using my apps as the test host.
@joar_at_work What does that mean?
Not sure what you guys did, but @FogBugz has been much faster since last night. Thanks.

@jsnell Great name.
@stormchild Good point.
@settern @reneritchie @iMore Congratulations! Sounds like a good fit.
@doublefeh Might as well have it as an option. I see the in-app stuff as more interesting, though.
@olebegemann Yeah, I think that makes sense. A good tradeoff. It's just not at all obvious that that's how it works.
Best wishes to all the Macworld folks. Thanks for so many years of great work, and looking forward to seeing what you do next.
@olebegemann @OvercastFM But not the .mp3 file, surely. I wish they would document how it's intended to work.
@olebegemann Very interesting. So that would seem to imply that multiple iOS devices always have the same episodes downloaded?
@olebegemann @OvercastFM I haven't been brave enough to delete/restore. Does it auto re-download the available episodes that you had before?
@olebegemann It's not clear to me how @OvercastFM really handles that. If an episode falls off the feed/server it can't be redownloaded.
@webdevotion Cases have too much pocket friction. Never dropped any of mine.
@nuoji ? in operators, I guess.
@webdevotion If I used a case…
I am very happy about init? though.
The iPhone 6 stripes look hideous. Not tempted by any of today's hardware. iOS 8 looks great, though.
@mfiorentino Same here. The 5s is already borderline too large.
@stormchild Video stream cut out for me, and iPhone site is down. Did they announce a one-handed mode or something?
So there's a small(er) watch but no smaller phone?
For a long time CLANG_ENABLE_MODULES didn't work for me due to some sort of XCTest problem. Now it works, and my app compiles twice as fast.
@adamengst Hold down Option while choosing it from the menu.
