@dnanian @rentzsch I have multiple identical power supplies and BlacX docks. Swapping seemed to show that the problem is the dock itself.
@dnanian @rentzsch Agreed. Earlier symptoms were spontaneous unmounts. Somewhat expected with USB except that I wasn't plugging anything.
@dnanian @rentzsch Other drive was good till it touched this dock, then Mac OS X wanted to initialize, DiskWarrior intervention, good again.
@dnanian @rentzsch One drive won't power on, in any enclosure. Not clear what's at fault. RMA to Samsung.
@rentzsch BlacX. Had lots of other problems with Voyager Q a while back, so I don't use it anymore.
1 dead hard drive, 1 flaky drive dock that seems to mess up good drives, lots of SuperDupering and EagleFiler checksumming going on today.
