Looks like this USB hub is dead. Too bad it's the one built into my display.
@StephenFleming Yeah. Online ordering kept instructing to go to the store. And even then had to order and come back the next day. Odd.
@swgs Tried that many times, but the Web sites report a vague error and suggest going in to the store. Same with ordering by phone.
Can't believe how hard Apple is making it for my dad to upgrade to iPhone 4. Has to got to the store in person twice, and none are nearby.
