@jimcorreia Or how about if cameras just stored absolute time, and calculated the offsets?
SuperDupering to the 7200 RPM drive.
@wooliegeek Figured it was something like that. I guess I should pre-raster my files (maps, in this case) as PNGs or JPEGs.
@wooliegeek Cool! So far I really like Air Sharing Pro. Would be nice to be able to zoom in more on PDFs, though.
Migrating to Air Sharing Pro.
@ddribin Yes, it's a very good book, and relevant even though Cocoa doesn't have most of those goodies.
@adamengst Thanks!
@marick CodeWarrior?
@kevinhoctor Panic also has a history of not discounting or bundling, which makes this a bigger deal, right?
Too bad CoreDataEditor needs a MOM. http://tinyurl.com/oltp4t Base is quicker to use--just drag and drop. http://tinyurl.com/5t9cg4
NewEgg never sent me the alert that I'd signed up for, though. I found out after checking manually.
Once again, Dell has delayed my Seagate Momentus 7200.4 order, but now NewEgg has it in stock: http://tinyurl.com/cphlpw
Just noticed that you can invoke gitx from Terminal with many of the same pruning options as git itself.
Trying to figure out why Safari 4's WebKit is lying to my app about being done loading.
@redsweater As I recall, you could set a shortcut simply by typing it while the menu item was selected.
@ianbeck I love those FastScripts cursors, too. Although it would be cooler if you could set the shortcut keys inline, like with NowMenus.
@danielpunkass Very nice. However, the + buttons to add to the cart look disabled to me.
@retrophisch Even better, it can open playlists in separate windows side-by-side.
Dell delayed the Momentus order again. MyService has it in stock, but they want $345.
@bwebster Maybe it got in the way of the Genius button.
"Twin was built from the ground up to reliably handle very large data sets (hundreds of gigabytes
and dozens of thousands of files)." Um...
No, Mac OS X 10.5.7 doesn't seem to fix the problems with Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI.
@leebennett I just added him.
Another problem with the Voyager: it's not mounting one of my drives. The BlacX seems more reliable, if slower.
Second time the Voyager has caused a system lock-up only to be resolved by powering off the enclosure.
DevForums seems to be working much better in Safari now.
I did not find the unlabeled Twitterrific 2 touch buttons intuitive, but overall I like the way it works.
@natevw How do you file a Time Machine bug? I don't see anything of interest in the log, and I'm not sending over the .sparsebundle. :-)
@simX In the past, the .sparsebundle wouldn't mount. This time, I'm getting an error "creating the backup directory" and can't unmount.
Resuming my other Time Machine backup via FireWire 800. So much faster than gigabit Ethernet.
@siegel Great update. Thanks.
After the replies to Gerbarg's post, I tried a fresh Time Capsule backup. This is the 5th day, and it's already corrupted. 100% Ethernet.
@sethdill No companies of BB's size survived the transition to OS X. Really?
Wondering if there's a way to anchor a window's initial position to the main screen.
@nst021 Python 2.5 and later have "a = c if b else d".
