@onecrayon Thanks. Odd key choices, I think, but it's good they're available.
@JeffreySmith How does it scale to thousands of items? OmniFocus gets slow. But Things seemingly has no import or scriptability to test.
@adamengst OmniFocus seemed very intuitive to me, but filtering and changing views seems to be lower friction in Things.
@onecrayon Is there a keyboard shortcut for the File button?
@adamengst Areas are confusing me. First I thought they were like OF's single-action lists. Then I thought they were like playlists.
However, the Things interface feels strange and constricting. Buttons appear and disappear. Missing menu commands. Can't tab to source list.
Overall I think Things is on the right track with its Projects/Tags instead of OmniFocus's Projects/Contexts.
@cbowns Why doesn't it just select the project in the source list instead of leaving Projects selected?
Clicking on the number of items in Projects enters a weird mode where only one project is shown but there's no visible way to unfocus.
Trying Things. Unfamiliar. Only one window. Space makes a new item instead of checking off. Return means edit instead of New. No outlining.
@bbum It took a while, but I've come around to that view as well.
Fixed ATPM comments, broken due to Pair updating the default Python.
@rtmfd Isn't Ruby working on *adding* a GIL?
@dnanian I'm not looking for RAID. I guess I just need to get used to this and have spares on hand.
@rentzsch The ToughTech had been the best recent one.
@rentzsch Not sure. I run them through a UPS so power should be good. Just about every family of enclosure I've ever bought has broken.
My oldest ToughTech broke. Is there any enclosure that will last?
@jsnell Set a path prefix?
@AustinCline Please contact eaglefiler@c-command.com and explain the problem.
@iacas The Bulletin?
@leebennett A JPEG--what a surprise.
@retrophisch Happy Birthday!
@retrophisch Yep. (It's not public yet, though.)
