		<description>Yeah, i used to be that way. Then I stopped carrying my laptop to school everyday and I never brought it to my office last summer. In addition to viewing my inbox from anywhere, the other benefit I found to IMAP was being able to send an email from any location and having my Mac download and treat it as a sent email, as opposed to BCC'ing it myself for my POP accounts.</description>

		<description>Yeah, I never found IMAP to be that interesting because I always read my mail with my Mac. With an iPhone, IMAP would be useful for me, even without considering the spam filtering aspect.</description>

Seriously, I wonder if the iPhone has had them reconsidering their decision to not support IMAP. I was using that protocol on one of my email addresses for the last 2 years and liked being able to access my inbox from anywhere. I can only see the usefulness of the IMAP increasing with the iPhone and like devices.</description>
