I tried it and it didn't work. Also, it's not on Apple's list of supported cameras.
My bad. It does work with iPhoto if you set the connection mode to PTP.
Why do you say that the camera is not (yet) supported by iPhoto or Image Capture ? I just took a look at the specs and the USB mode is PTP. AFAIK, iPhoto and Image Capture will work with any USB Digital Camera which can operate in PTP mode. Anyone actually tried it ?
Great value camera. It costs about the same as I paid for a Sony DSC-S85 about 1.5 years ago.
